This is a fast-paced, high-touch environment where you will directly support everyone from general business users to senior executives.
Key Responsibilities
- PC Deployment: Build, image, and install Windows desktops, laptops, and peripheral hardware.
- Ticket Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve everyday hardware, software, and IT service requests.
- Mobile AV Support: Set up corporate iPhones/Androids and help run video meetings (Webex/Teams).
- Asset Inventory: Keep an accurate, up-to-date log of all office IT hardware in the tracking tool.
- IT Documentation: Write and update simple guides and procedures for the support team.
