I am partnering with a major UK technology brand to find a Senior QA Automation Engineer for a 12-month contract.
Location: Ipswich, UK (Hybrid)
In this role, you will be testing the embedded firmware inside next-generation home connectivity devices, ensuring the latest Broadband Smart Hubs and Wi-Fi routers perform flawlessly for millions of customers.
- Hardware Testing: Proven experience testing embedded firmware, IoT devices, or Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL).
- Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of Wi-Fi and Router/CPE testing (Broadband, FTTP, 4G/5G, IPv4/IPv6).
- Automation: Strong hands-on coding experience using Robot Framework and Python.
- Infrastructure: Comfortable working with Linux, Docker, VMs, and GitLab in an Agile environment.
