- Architectural Governance: Define and enforce enterprise-wide architecture standards, guardrails, and design principles to ensure technical consistency and scalability.
- Design Authority: Act as the final arbiter for integrated solution designs across ERP, PLM, MES, Data, and Integration layers.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure all technical capabilities and transformation programmes remain strictly aligned with the broader business strategy and roadmap.
- Data Governance: Define the Master Data Management (MDM) architecture and governance framework to ensure data integrity across the lifecycle (focusing on policy and structure, not execution).
- System Oversight: Provide high-level technical oversight across SAP, PLM, and manufacturing systems to eliminate silos and minimise technical debt.
