A leading and innovative consultancy is seeking multiple Customer Service Advisors for a contract role. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing support via phone, email, chat, and post. You'll also manage IT-related tickets through ServiceNow, ensuring they're routed to the appropriate teams.
