Sales Development Representative
Location: Chester, United Kingdom
Job Type: Contract (3 Months with Potental extension)
Pay Rate: £20/hr - £24/hr
Hours: 40 hours per week
About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative to join our team on behalf of one of our key global technology clients. In this role, you will drive outbound prospecting and qualify inbound marketing leads across the EMEA region, building a high-quality sales pipeline for cutting-edge collaboration and software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Research target accounts, map key stakeholders, and generate qualified sales leads.
- Qualify inbound marketing leads and schedule discovery meetings for sales leaders.
- Maintain accurate activity, lead, and pipeline data in Salesforce and Gong.
- Consistently meet monthly activity and pipeline targets.
What We Are Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Business Development (SaaS/B2B Tech background preferred).
- Experience using outbound prospecting frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC).
- Hands-on experience with CRMs and sales tech stacks (Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, or Outreach.io).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong business acumen.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
