The Role
Are you a data storyteller who bridges the gap between complex analytics and strategic business decisions? We are seeking an experienced Business Marketing Data Scientist to translate organizational challenges into scalable, high-impact analytical solutions. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert—developing statistical models, optimizing data pipelines, establishing evaluation metrics, and delivering actionable insights that directly influence product retention, churn, and overall growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Insight Modeling: Formulate and interpret complex datasets using Python, R, and SQL to drive actionable recommendations and define key business metrics (OKRs).
- Scalable Solutions: Write production-quality code, automate workflows, and build intuitive dashboards to track solution impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams to translate high-level questions into tractable analyses.
