A leading UK Fintech brand is looking for a data-driven Insight Analytics Specialist to join their Growth Retention team. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between raw data and commercial strategy, focusing on optimising the customer journey and enhancing long-term user value.
The Role
- Visualisation: Design and scale high-impact dashboards (Tableau/Qlik) to track revenue drivers and customer health.
- Data Engineering: Leverage SQL and Python to build scalable ETL processes and ensure seamless data integration.
- Experimentation: Partner with the Growth team to analyse A/B test results and set performance baselines for future scaling.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a technical consultant for Sales, Marketing, and Success teams, translating complex data into executive-level insights.
- Governance: Drive data integrity and best practices in data management across the function.
Essential Skills
- SQL Mastery: Proficient in SQL with the ability to query and manipulate large, complex datasets.
