Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for your next challenge? Are you proactive, a team player, and based near Llanwern? We have a temporary Warehouse Operative position available at TATA Steel\’s Llanwern Works, perfect for someone with strong manual handling skills who is adaptable, a good communicator, and safety-conscious. Position: Warehouse Operative Location: TATA Steel, Llanwern Works, Newport NP19 4QZ Pay: £12.21/hour (basic), with a 25% shift allowance (£15.26/hour). Overtime available at 1.5x (£18.32/hour) Contract: 6 months initially Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts on a 6-week rotating schedule, averaging 37.5 hours per week. Shifts cover days, nights, and weekends, so flexibility is essential. Each 12-hour shift includes two unpaid 30-minute breaks.
