Job Description
Provide daily report\\nsummary to UK FE PM.\\nSite visits to verify project progress and gather stakeholder/customer feedback.\\nFrequency of site visits to be agreed with UK FE PM. Proactively address any concerns\\nduring these site visits. Escalate to UK FE PM as needed.\\nManage any AMZL ordered materials (signage, racking, SBL) to be received onsite,\\ninventory and identify any gaps.
Coordinate with Ops/RME to transport materials within\\nthe DS and 3PA to provide labour for the material movement and install.\\nCoordinate with IT, obtain IDF keys and monitor IDF cabinets during data cable\\nterminations. Validate cable installation and functionality with IT.\\nSupporting UK FE PM during site acceptance tests (4-5d continuous onsite presence)Project closure\\n\\nObtain all documentation from the vendor, and validate the list against vendor deliverables.\\nValidate basic document content (for ex. Declaration of conformity signed, correct DS name, etc.)\\nTransfer all documentation to appropriate storage location (MyMHE+, automation software storage drive, etc.)Basic qualifications\\n\\nWorking experience in Industrial, Mechanical, Process Engineering or equivalent\\nWorking experience as Project Manager of medium complex projects\\nProficiency in tools: AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft ExcelIf you're excited about this role then we would like to hear from you!\\n\\nPlease apply with a copy of your CV or send it to Prasanna .
