We are looking for an experienced Interim Enterprise/Solution Architect to step in, provide strategic leadership, and keep delivery moving for a leading organization in the financial/development space. In this role, you'll work closely with product, delivery, and data leaders to help turn strategic priorities into practical business and technology outcomes. A key part of your focus will involve designing target state architecture and working hands-on with relational database design and data modeling.
What you'll do:
- Define the Future: Shape and design target state architecture, capabilities, and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Hands-on Data Architecture: Lead relational DB schema design, data modeling, and data migration strategies.
- Maintain Continuity: Provide interim architectural oversight, establish clear governance guardrails, and ensure a seamless handover to the permanent Enterprise Architect.
- Bridge the Gap: Work across cross-functional product and discovery teams, facilitating consensus between business, technology, and data stakeholders.
What we're looking for:
- Proven Track Record: Deep experience in enterprise, solution, or technology architecture within agile/product environments.
- Core Technical Expertise: Strong background in target state architectural design and relational database schema design.
- Interim Leadership: Ability to hit the ground running, document key decisions, and leave behind clear, high-quality deliverables for continuity.
- Great Communicator: Comfortable translating complex technical options to non-technical stakeholders and guiding high-level decision-making.
