Role: Senior Sports Marketing Specialist - Global Football Partnerships
Type: 12-Month Contract (Maternity Cover)
Location: London (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
About the Opportunity
Join the internal sports marketing and partnerships lab of a global tech leader. Sitting at the intersection of elite European football and cutting-edge consumer tech / Generative AI, you will lead high-profile club partnerships, commercial governance, and multi-market campaign distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Club Governance: Manage relationships and commercial execution across marquee European football clubs (including Arsenal, Liverpool, Barcelona, PSG, and Bayern Munich).
- Rights & Contracts: Serve as the regional escalation lead for rights reviews, contract addendums, and category conflict management.
- Asset & Content Production: Oversee player-access shoot days and translate contractual rights into global marketing assets.
- Strategic Leadership: Act as the regional thought partner evaluating inbound sports sponsorship opportunities across EMEA.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of senior experience in sports marketing, rights management, and commercial sponsorship execution.
- Proven background managing global partnerships within a top-tier consumer brand or leading sports agency.
- Direct experience collaborating with football clubs on multi-market campaigns.
- Strong commercial acumen paired with an interest in consumer tech and AI.
- Immediate availability or short notice period to start in early December.
