Location: Deeside / Cheshire
Shifts 5 Weeks Shift Rotation (days and nights)

The Company:
We\’re looking for an experienced and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Senior Authorised Person at a major energy facility in Deeside .

Responsibilities:
- Operate the facility in line with site rules and contractual requirements.
- Perform planned and unplanned maintenance and fault diagnosis.
- Ensure all work is done safely and in an environmentally responsible manner.
- Perform electrical isolations and issue safety-to-work documents up to 400kV .
- Provide Senior Authorised Person (SAP) support for LV and HV operations (6.6kV to 400kV ).
- Work independently on a shift basis to operate the facility.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers.
- Provide cover and support within the shift roster as needed.
Requirements:
- A formal engineering qualification, such as an HNC or equivalent, in an electrical or mechanical discipline.
- A strong electrical background with the experience and ability to become HV authorised .
- Experience in a large industrial process environment, preferably within the power industry.
- Knowledge of permit-to-work systems, LV/HV switching, and electrical isolations.
- Computer literate.
