This role is ideal for ambitious consultants with proven expertise in SAP data migration and a strong technical background.\\n\\nThis is an opportunity to join a thriving, forward-thinking organisation with a strong focus on customer relationships, quality delivery, continuous improvement, and professional development.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nLead SAP data migration workstreams through the full project lifecycle.\\n\\nProvide hands-on ABAP development expertise, ensuring solutions are efficient, scalable, and meet client requirements.\\n\\nWork across multiple SAP ERP modules with strong data model understanding.\\n\\nCollaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.\\n\\nMentor and support junior consultants.\\n\\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team.\\n\\nRequired Experience & Skills:\\n\\n7+ years of SAP technical experience, including strong, hands-on ABAP development skills (essential).\\n\\nTechnical experience across multiple SAP ERP modules.\\n\\nProven track record in delivering SAP data migration projects (minimum 3-4 years, end-to-end).\\n\\nProficient in LSMW and ETL technologies.\\n\\nExperience managing workstreams or modules of large projects, with responsibility for your own deliverables and oversight of junior members.\\n\\nStrong customer focus and ability to deliver high client satisfaction.\\n\\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.\\n\\nProactive, collaborative, and outcome-driven approach.\\n\\nDesirable Skills & Qualifications:\\n\\nExperience with SAP Landscape Transformation and Data Quality tools.\\n\\nS/4HANA project experience or understanding of technology/data model changes.\\n\\nSAP Basis knowledge (RFC administration, background processing, DB monitoring).\\n\\nSAP ABAP certification.\\n\\nSAP application implementation experience.\\n\\nPRINCE2 or other recognised project management qualification.\\n\\nConsulting background (Big 4 or specialist firm).\\n\\nRandstad Technologies Ltd is a leading specialist recruitment business for the IT & Engineering industries.
