About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead a massive, high-stakes rebrand programme. This role demands someone who understands a brand at its deepest level - not just how it looks, but how it is constructed, the systems and patterns that make it work in practice, and how design components fit together across a complex organization with multiple teams and channels. You will act as the connective tissue between creative leads, the design team, digital operations, and the wider business, ensuring every workstream moves in unison. You must be equally comfortable leading a nuanced brand strategy conversation as you are driving a detailed production planning meeting. Your core mandate will be to earn the trust of designers, directors, and senior business stakeholders while keeping this highly visible programme on track across months of complex, interdependent work.
Key Responsibilities
- Programme Leadership: Own the end-to-end rebrand programme as the single point of accountability, from initial brand strategy and identity development through design system build, rollout planning, and full deployment.
- Master Planning: Build and maintain the master programme plan, rigorously mapping all workstreams, dependencies, milestones, and sign-off points.
