Job Title: Product Owner
Location: Burgess Hill (2–3 days Hybrid role)

Responsibilities:
- Manage backlog for 2 agile scrum teams across initiatives such as CMA enrichment, POA uplift, statement data enrichment, and BPST modernization.
- Prioritize features based on impact, compliance, risk, and value to end users.
- Ensure seamless deployment of communication updates with minimal business disruptions.
- Collaborate with global market teams, legal, compliance, engineering, and design stakeholders.
- Represent the business in cross-functional forums to drive scalable, consistent communication platforms across markets.
- Act as the product liaison for external partners, including print vendors and platform integrators.
