Do you speak fluent French and want to play a key role in driving European hiring growth for a major global professional services firm? We are seeking a French-Speaking Strategic Sourcer to join an established recruitment hub in Newcastle. In this role, you will act as the driving engine behind top-of-funnel talent discovery, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to engage high-calibre candidates across the French market. You will be responsible for Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute creative outreach strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks to identify passive tech and consulting talent in France. Candidate Engagement & Screening: Conduct initial telephone and video interviews in French and English to evaluate candidates' skills, background, and cultural fit. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with recruiters and business leaders to define target candidate profiles and deliver detailed shortlist briefs. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain an active talent pool for both current hiring needs and future headcount demands. Data & Recruitment Analytics: Keep applicant tracking systems (ATS) up-to-date and monitor key outreach conversion metrics to optimize sourcing channels. Essential Skills Full professional fluency in both French and English (written and verbal). Proven track record in candidate sourcing, talent acquisition, or agency recruitment. Familiarity with Boolean search syntax, candidate databases, and ATS tools. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage passive candidates confidently.
