Financial Reconciliations & Loan Administrator
Location: Newcastle (5 days on site)
Duration: 6 Months Contract (Possibility of going permanent)
Rate: £20.30 per hour (Inside IR35)
Rotational shifts (You will be working 37.5hrs a week, covering between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday)

What You'll Be Doing
- Processing daily customer loan paperwork and making sure payments are correctly posted to accounts.
- Carrying out routine general ledger and financial reconciliations to keep records completely accurate.
- Handling account adjustments and updates to repayment schedules when customers need financial support.
- Spotting discrepancies, digging into the details, and resolving finance queries efficiently.
- Putting together clear reconciliation reports for our internal client and finance teams.
- Following standard operating procedures closely while looking for ways to improve daily processes.
What We're Looking For
- Strong with numbers: Confident handling daily financial data and spotting discrepancies.
- Tech & Excel proficient: Skilled with spreadsheets, finance systems, and core IT software.
- Detail-driven: Methodical, accurate, and reliable at following strict processes.
- Finance background: Bookkeeping, general ledger, or banking/lending experience is a strong plus.
- Call centre background.
