Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Location: Stourport-on-Severn/Kidderminster Salary: £41,000 (negotiable) Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday – afternoons only or nights only Benefits: 30 days holiday, private pension scheme Discounts on products manufactured on-site Attendance bonus About the Role: We're seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Stourport-on-Severn/Kidderminster area. You'll play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and optimising manufacturing equipment to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on machinery. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical systems to resolve issues. Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain accurate documentation. Provide technical support to the production team. What We're Looking For: Apprentice-trained or time-served Mechanical Engineer. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment. Electrical knowledge is desirable but not essential.
