My global ed-tech company is looking for an experienced Marketing Operations manager to help with the analysis of various marketing systems following a global merger. The role requires a mixture of PM, marketing manager and data analysis skills. So the ideal candidate will have a blend of all three disciplines and been involved in a merger/acquisition project in relations to marketing systems & processes. Essential Skills Business alignment experience Transition planning for marketing systems Prior involvement in business transformation initiatives or system implementations Knowledge of financial services or education sector marketing Experience with marketing technology harmonization or migrations Familiarity with brand management processes Change Management support User journey alignment Data migration/transfer Data Analysis Marketing campaign transferTechnical knowledge Marketto, Saleforce Marketing Cloud, Web CMS, WordpressKey Experience Project Management 5+ years of experience managing complex marketing projects or initiatives Proven ability to develop project plans, track progress, and deliver results Experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders and departmentsAnalytical Strong data analysis skills with ability to derive meaningful insights Experience using data to identify process inefficiencies and solutions Comfortable working with marketing metrics and performance indicatorsProcess-Driven Experience documenting and improving business processes Ability to identify opportunities for standardization and optimisation Methodical approach to workflow design and implementation Understanding of change management principles when introducing new processesMarketing Operations Working knowledge of marketing automation systems, CRM platforms or similar tools Understanding of lead management workflows and best practices Experience with marketing data management and performance management reportinDesirable Skills Prior involvement in business transformation initiatives or system implementations Marketing Process Analysis & Documentation Knowledge of financial services or education sector marketing Experience with marketing technology harmonization or migrations Familiarity with brand management processesKey Duties Project Management Coordinate marketing alignment activities across business units with focus on lead generation, marketing technology, and supporting brand strategy workstreams Develop practical implementation plans with clear milestones and deliverables Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to keep alignment initiatives on scheduleProcess Analysis & Documentation Map and document current marketing processes across business units Identify gaps, overlaps, and improvement opportunities in workflows Design and document standardized processes for harmonized marketing operationsLead Generation & Marketing Technology Focus Analyze existing lead management workflows to recommend standardized approaches Support the harmonization of marketing systems and data sourcesData-Driven Decision Gather and analyze marketing performance data to inform business alignment decisions Create regular reports to track progress and business impacts Identify potential risks to marketing performance during operational changes Provide data-backed recommendations to optimize cross-functional alignmentChange Management Help prepare teams for process and system enhancements, and support knowledge exchange between teams Create clear documentation and guidelines for new ways of working Maintain open communication channels to address concerns during operational changesThis is an excellent opportunity to join a global client on a great merger project.
