Randstad Technologies Recruitment is seeking a Remedy SME (ITSM) for a contract role based in Ipswich or Hemel Hempstead. This key position involves maintaining and enhancing a legacy BMC Remedy ITSM platform and requires strong hands-on experience with Remedy ITSM, along with the ability to work onsite 5 days a week in a secure environment.
