We are looking for a Network Design Specialist to join our Mobile Networks team. You will be responsible for creating bespoke RAN solutions for complex environments like stadiums, transport hubs, tunnels, and major events.

The Role

  • Design: Develop site-specific 4G/5G RAN and DAS solutions.
  • Technology: Identify appropriate transmission and capacity requirements, including Neutral Host and Femto products.
  • End-to-End: Manage the full lifecycle from new product trials to decommissioning.
  • Collaboration: Work with vendors and internal partners to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years' experience in Mobile RAN design (Mandatory).
  • Technical Expertise: Specific experience with Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson, or DAS (Mandatory).
  • Sector Experience: A track record in major projects within airports, rail, transport, or emergency services environments (Preferred).
  • Problem Solving: Ability to resolve complex technical threats and challenge status quo when necessary.
