What You'll Do
- Drive Implementation: Lead the rollout of key commercial projects, including Electronic Medical Record (EMR) integrations.
- Map & Optimize Workflows: Analyze current processes, build target ("as-is" and "to-be") process maps, and clear operational bottlenecks.
- Build Digital Solutions: Use the M365 suite (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint) to configure compliant tools that streamline business operations.
- Collaborate & Educate: Partner with external suppliers and internal teams, host live software/platform demonstrations, and provide hands-on signposting and guidance.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure projects meet strict quality systems, data privacy (privacy by design), and software development lifecycle (SDLC) standards.
