A well established consultancy firm is looking for an experienced aftermarket consultant to join their team and superhead a development across the independent aftermarket. This isn't just a sales role; it's about building capability, fostering relationships with independent repairers (IRs), and digitalising the workshop experience. In this position, you will be the bridge between strategy and the workshop floor. You will spend your time in the field, working directly with authorised dealers and garage chains to ensure they have the tools, stock, and knowledge to thrive.
Your core focus will include:
- Conducting onsite reviews to assess parts performance, stock depth, and the effectiveness of sales execution.
- Delivering bespoke training and coaching programmes to uplift dealer staff, particularly focusing on sales processes and digital ordering systems.
