Are you a logistics whizz who loves a challenge?
We\’re looking for someone to \”own\” the entire shipping process.
This is a crucial role where you\’ll make sure clients get their products on time, every time, all while boosting customer satisfaction and driving down costs.
Your role:
- Coordinate all shipments, from small packages to massive bulk orders.
- Be the go-to person for Production and Warehouse teams, making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Manage data exports and create shipping labels
- Take charge of our returns system and keep track of all monthly invoices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with courier and warehouse partners.
- Lend a hand with packing when needed.
You will need
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience in export documentation
This is an office based role – 5 days a week – working 08:00 – 16:30 or 08:30 – 17:00 daily.
