Title: Key Account Manager (UK Wide) Analytical Instrumentation & Energy Industries: Engineering / Technologies / Vacuum / Manufacturing Location: Blackburn, Lancashire Shifts: Monday – Friday (Hybrid / Remote Working / Flexible Hours) Salary: Circa £70,000 + Company Car + Company Bonuses Benefits & Additions: Remote Working, Flexible Hours, Company Share Scheme, Annual Bonus, 10% Pension, 36 Days Holiday, Private Health & Dental Care & Private Insurance, Initial & Further Training and Development, Long & Short Term Opportunities Abroad. The Company: We are a prominent provider of cutting-edge instrumentation, essential sensor technologies, and Smart Manufacturing/Industry solutions designed to improve the productivity and quality of tools, processes, and entire manufacturing facilities. Additionally, our vacuum-based technologies cater to a wide range of sectors, including life sciences, research, aerospace, packaging, heat treatment, laser cutting, and various other industrial processes. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Inhouse Sales team. This position will be dedicated to managing and cultivating relationships with smaller accounts in the UK and Ireland, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering business growth. Responsibilities: Support of strategic customers and system integrators in above market segments Acquisition of new customers in the above segment Technical support and solution recommendation in the field of AI and gas leak detection Active account management and development of Strategic accounts in the relevant territories Coordination with the EMEA Sales Team on Strategic accounts Support of various marketing activities including trade shows, strategic industry committees, and marketing campaigns Account management activity, forecasting and recordkeeping on the CRM Collaboration and execution of Sales Strategies as well as monitoring customer needs in the field Ability to demonstrate all company products to a wide variety of potential customers Geographical coverage: Whole UK and Ireland. Requirements: Completed technical studies (e.g. Engineer, Chemist etc.) or a comparable technical apprenticeship Minimum of three years accomplished sales experience in similar environment Knowledge in Vacuum Technology and Analytical Instrumentation is of advantage Autonomy and flexibility. Ability to work from home and be a self-starter Customer-oriented thinking and acting Willing to travel throughout UK, Ireland and occasionally in Europe Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
