Responsibilities
- As a Full Stack Engineer, be responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code.
- Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help clients improve the services they provide.
- Leverage new technologies with a cloud-first and agile mindset to solve challenging business problems.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
- Be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Java; intermediate proficiency in Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) is recommended.
- Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in Kubernetes, Spring Boot, Terraform, and Oracle Database (suggested).
- Design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions that meet client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of learning and improvement within the team.
