About the Role & Team
We are recruiting for a global platform looking to hire a Senior Full Stack Engineer for their Policy & Safety Content Platform group.
- MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Product-Based Company Experience
Please Note: To be considered, you must have proven experience working within a product-based company environment (SaaS, Tech Scale-up, or Big Tech) where you have owned features long-term. Candidates whose experience is predominantly within IT consultancies, agencies, or system integration environments will not be eligible.
What You'll Do
- End-to-End Ownership: Build robust backend APIs and services alongside intuitive, responsive web frontends.
- System Architecture: Expand a central policy registry, handling data modeling for auditability, strict schema versioning, and backward compatibility.
- Internal Tooling: Turn complex, compliance-heavy approval and review workflows into simple, usable web applications for non-technical internal teams.
- Data Pipelines: Construct data pipelines that feed structured data into downstream machine learning models and enforcement systems.
Who You Are
- The Stack: Strong backend capabilities in a language like Java, Kotlin, or Go, paired with solid production experience building frontends in React and TypeScript.
- Product Mindset: You treat internal stakeholders as your customers. You know how to design internal tools that make complex tasks feel simple.
- Data & Architecture Savvy: You understand schema evolution, data versioning, and the trade-offs between real-time and batch data pipelines.
- Regulated Environments: Experience or a strong interest in working with audit trails, compliance, fraud detection, or trust and safety systems is a massive plus.
