What You'll Be Doing:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
- Providing accurate information on products, services, and procedures.
- Processing orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Logging all interactions in the CRM system.
Minimum Requirements:
- GCSE or equivalent level education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using customer service software
Preferred Experience:
- Previous contact centre or customer-facing experience
- Able to type at least 25 WPM
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability
Please Note:
- Candidates must be available to work shift patterns (starting between 8:00-10:00 AM).
- This is a full-time, office-based position for the first 6 months.
