The Opportunity
Are you a developer who loves solving puzzles and talking to people? We are looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant to act as the vital link between our cutting-edge technology and our global partners. In this role, you aren’t just "writing code" - you are a strategic advisor. You will help clients translate their business goals into technical reality, build custom solutions, and ensure our products are integrated perfectly.
What You’ll Do
- Consult & Design: Meet with internal teams and external clients to understand their needs and design the technical "blueprint" for their success.
- Code & Build: Write solution code (primarily JavaScript/HTML) to create custom tools, prototypes, and integrations.
- Solve Problems: Act as the technical expert to troubleshoot complex issues, squash bugs, and provide feedback to our Engineering teams to improve our products.
- Document & Scale: Create tutorials, best-practice guides, and technical documentation to help other users succeed at scale.
- Manage Relationships: Balance multiple stakeholders, lead technical discussions, and ensure project milestones are met with excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in JavaScript and HTML. You should be comfortable with APIs, systems design, and technical troubleshooting.
- Consultative Mindset: You can explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience without losing them in the jargon.
- Project Ownership: Experience managing project outcomes, writing requirement documents (PRDs), and handling escalations.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Japanese is a significant advantage.
