A well-established, top-tier pioneering firm is looking for a delivery-focused Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution. You will join a dynamic, collaborative team who share a passion for high-impact outcomes.
As a Business Analyst you will carry out the following responsibilities:
- Lead interactive workshops and interviews to unpack business needs, translating them into crisp user stories, detailed acceptance criteria, and robust process maps.
- Work hand-in-hand with Product Owners, Architects, Devs, and QA teams - actively participating in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and team standups.
- Identify bottlenecks and map out seamless future-state processes to drive automation, efficiency, and real business value.
- Support solution validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and change readiness to guarantee flawless delivery.
- Build strong relationships across business units, keeping key players aligned, informed, and confident in the project direction.
Essential Skills:
- Solid experience operating as a BA within large-scale technology or organizational transformation initiatives.
- Agile Expertise: Hands-on experience within Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe environments.
- Core Toolkit: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and standard MS tools (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
- Process & Data Mindset: Highly skilled in mapping workflow diagrams and leveraging data to support smart decision-making.
Desirable Skills (Nice to have):
- Experience with Power BI or dedicated process tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Prior experience on Cloud, Data, or Application modernization projects.
- Background in management consulting or client-facing advisory roles.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional, distributed teams.
