The Creative Engineer role involves technical coding, prototyping, and building creative solutions to support a marketing team focused on acquiring Google Ads customers in the EMEA region.
Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with designers to automate content creation using AI models, maintaining existing tools, and developing both back-end and front-end solutions for video generation and asset delivery.
Experience:

Description:
As an Associate Marketing Creative, you deliver full pieces of multiple content creation and production projects that are integrated within the scope of several products or an overarching program, with minimal assistance. You demonstrate working knowledge of design, development, writing, production (including pre-production, physical production, and post-production), publishing, and operations processes for content and media, with deep expertise in one or more of these areas. You solve defined production problems, identifying multiple approaches and recommending creative ways to improve on solutions. Working within one or more teams to communicate knowledge and facilitate cross-team collaboration, you drive technical and creative visions and create compelling stories. You foster a climate where everyone in the organization feels they belong through encouraging inclusive decision making, building psychological safety in the team, facilitating inclusive meetings, etc.
Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Appscript, Angular, and Typescript, alongside experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud providers.
