A top-tier financial institution is seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst with a background in providing VIP Support. You will join a small, dynamic, and growing team where every member shares a genuine passion and high energy for IT infrastructure and technology within a corporate environment.
The main focus of this role is to provide expert-level IT support and ensure efficient service management within the Service Desk team. You will lead IT support efforts by acting as the main escalation point for complex hardware, software, and network issues. You will ensure the team’s Service Desk runs with maximum efficiency, consistently meeting key service goals.
This senior role requires you to mentor junior staff, maintain our knowledge base, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives to reduce recurring problems.
The successful candidate should have the following skills:
- Prior experience of providing VIP level support
- Service desk experience
- 1st / 2nd line support experience
- Jira Service Desk
- ITSM Process Knowledge / Escalation management experience
