Are you an experienced Data Architect with a strong background in Capital Markets or Banking? We are looking for a strategic technical leader to drive a large-scale financial services transformation, bridging the gap between legacy relational systems and modern distributed data ecosystems.
What You Will Do:
- Architect, design, and document enterprise data structures (Domain, Conceptual, Logical, and Physical models).
- Build scalable, high-performance database solutions across both RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL platforms (Cassandra, YugabyteDB).
- Define data standards, integration patterns, and governance principles for complex financial systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering leads, and cross-functional teams to align data strategy with business goals.
- Drive modernization efforts, utilizing on-prem, cloud (GCP), and hybrid data architectures.
What You Bring:
- Proven track record as a Data Architect in Financial Services, Investment Banking, or Trading platforms.
- Deep technical expertise in Oracle, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, and YugabyteDB.
- Hands-on experience with modeling tools like ERStudio and Hackolade.
- Strong knowledge of GCP Data Architecture, distributed data design, partitioning, and high-availability patterns.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
