Agentic AI Engineer (Python / LangGraph) Location: Burgess Hill - Hybrid (3 days/week) Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time The Role We are hiring a Python Engineer to build next-generation autonomous AI agents for a major global financial services hub. You will move beyond basic chatbots to design multi-step reasoning workflows and enterprise-grade Python APIs that let AI interact directly with real-world software tools. Key Responsibilities Agentic Orchestration: Build stateful AI workflows using LangGraph or LangChain. API & Backend Engineering: Write robust Python backends enabling LLMs to execute Function Calling and tool-use. Context & Memory: Optimize prompt engineering, context windows, and retrieval systems (RAG). What You Need Strong Python software development experience. Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI). Proven background in API design, tool-calling, and LLM orchestration.Interested?
