Configure and troubleshoot VoIP systems (e.g., C20, Q21, DMS100) and voice protocols like SIP, IUP, and ISUP. Collaborate with customer engineering teams and internal stakeholders to resolve challenges. Play a vital role in innovation, continuous improvement, and ensuring network reliability.
