That's where you come in. What you'll actually do: Keep testing honest: Own the testing lifecycle-from load and usability to UAT-ensuring production-ready environments before anything goes live. Map the chaos: Design new operational business flows from scratch using Visio, pinpointing root causes when processes stall, and using data to fix them. Bridge the gap: Act as the interpreter and coach between core engineering teams and business stakeholders, running training so new workflows actually stick.
