About the Opportunity

On behalf of one of our top global technology clients - a premier digital platform with hundreds of millions of daily users - we are recruiting a founding Product Marketing Manager for an internal scale-up venture. Originally built in-house by platform engineers, this proprietary experimentation, feature flagging, and product analytics tool is commercializing into a standalone B2B SaaS platform. Operating as a fast-paced '0-to-1' startup with full executive backing, the team is launching a self-serve, product-led growth (PLG) motion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Self-Serve Lifecycle: Own messaging across every funnel stage - signup, onboarding, activation prompts, contextual paywalls, and free-to-paid conversion tiers.
  • Organic Engine: Build thought leadership, SEO, search visibility, and developer community content.
  • Launches & Positioning: Lead cross-functional GTM launches, develop competitive intelligence battlecards, and maintain a centralized messaging source of truth.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with persona-specific talk tracks, pitch decks, and demo scripts for engineering and product leadership buyers.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years in B2B Product Marketing, ideally within SaaS, developer tools, or high-growth tech platforms.
  • Proven PLG track record owning self-serve user funnels and driving conversion to paid tiers.
  • Technical & AI-native fluency: Comfortable engaging engineers as a peer, simplifying complex technical concepts (feature flags, analytics), and using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, automated workflows) to scale GTM execution.

Note: Startup mindset: Autonomous and hands-on, willing to handle strategy down to execution, we need someone who is coming from a startup background company doing the B2B SaaS Product Marketing.

This is an urgent opportunity where the hiring manager is looking to interview ASAP.
