- Develop individualized learning plans tailored to students' specific needs.
- Provide academic support focusing on organization, time management, and research skills.

Expectations / Requirements
- You possess proven teaching experience with students with Specific Learning Difficulties (SPLDs).
- You hold a relevant teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent).
- You have experience supporting autistic students and possess a deep understanding of their needs.
- You have a minimum of an undergraduate degree (Level 6).
- You demonstrate excellent communication and mentoring skills.
