Randstad Student Support seeks highly qualified Specialist Mentors to provide comprehensive academic and well-being support to the University of West London for students with disabilities or mental health conditions. This hybrid role, commencing September 2025, requires both in-person and online sessions tailored to individual student needs. Mentors will guide students in time management, task breakdown, stress management, and confidence-building, fostering independent learning and adherence to the DfE framework for DSA-funded students.

- Position: Specialist Mentor
- Shift: Hybrid; flexible scheduling to accommodate student needs.
- Salary: £28 per hour + £3.38 accrued holiday pay.
- Location: Portsmouth Universities/Colleges.

Qualifications: Membership with BACP, BPS, HCPC, NCPS, NMC, SWE, SCW, UMHAN, or COSCA is mandatory. Experience working with students with disabilities or mental health conditions is highly desirable. Excellent communication, organizational, and caseload management skills are essential.
