Role: Secondary Level Tutors (KS3 and KS4)

Who You Are
- A qualified teacher, experienced tutor, youth worker, or someone with a background in education, coaching or mentoring
- Passionate about helping young people who are out of mainstream education (e.g. SEMH, SEND, EOTAS, AP)
- Creative in your approach, tailoring sessions to each learner’s interests and strengths
- Empathetic and emotionally intelligent – able to build trust and spark confidence
- Not afraid to throw out the rulebook when it’s not serving the learner
What You’ll Do
- Deliver 1:1 or small‑group tuition in core subjects – but through a flexible, creative and relationship‑first lens
- Plan engaging, relevant sessions that meet learners where they are – academically and emotionally
- Work closely with Randstad’s team to track learner progress beyond grades: confidence, engagement, and curiosity matter too
- Help young people reconnect with the idea that they can learn – and that learning can be joyful
