Job Summary
Provide personalized learning support to students with SpLDs, developing individual learning plans, building on strengths, enhancing organizational skills, improving research and comprehension skills, and creating action plans.

Requirements
- Teaching or tutoring experience, or in‑depth knowledge of learning difficulties.
- Experience working with students with Autism is a significant advantage.
- Ability to manage a caseload of students.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- Share relevant information with Randstad to ensure the best service for students.
Qualification/Education
Relevant qualifications or experience in education or SpLD support are preferred. Relevant professional body memberships (PATOSS, BDA, ADSHE, DG) are desirable.
Experience
Experience working with clients with specific learning difficulties is highly desirable. Experience in teaching or tutoring is essential.
