Location: University of Lincoln (Hybrid: offer both in person and online sessions flexibly to meet student preferences.)
Pay: £28 per hour (+ £3.38/hour accrued holiday pay) on a PAYE contract with weekly payments.
Responsibilities:
- Helping students achieve a healthy balance between daily living activities and academic tasks.
- Improving organizational skills, including effective time management.
- Assisting students in preparing for deadlines by breaking down assignments into manageable steps.
- Supporting students in managing stress and anxiety related to their studies or daily life.
- Guiding students in reflecting on their personal and academic experiences.
- Boosting students’ confidence by identifying and building upon their existing strengths.
- Preparing students for new, potentially nerve‑wracking experiences.
- Maintaining close communication with Randstad and reporting any student concerns promptly.
- Upholding the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
This is a specialist role. You must hold active membership with at least one of the recognized professional organizations at the required level.
