Are you someone who can give students time to grasp concepts and are willing to explain ideas multiple times if needed? If yes, we are looking for a Tutor who can make learning interesting through creative and interactive teaching methods.
Here at Randstad, we are collaborating closely with the local authority in and around the city of Suffolk who are seeking additional tutoring assistance for their students in Maths, English, and Science. We warmly welcome motivated individuals who work in the area who are passionate about entering the field of education. It would be ideal if you already possess an enhanced DBS on the update service or are willing to obtain one.
Subjects & EligibilityWe are looking for individuals interested in teaching any of the following subjects:
- Secondary: Maths, English, and Science.
- Flexibility to manage your own schedule and workload
- Competitive hourly pay rates of £30-35 for in-person tutors

- Experience working in inclusion units, special settings, or alternative provisions
- Familiarity with supporting students with SEN, undiagnosed SEN, disengaged young people, or looked-after children
- Inspirational, effective, and adaptable communication skills
- Proficiency in IT skills, access to a laptop/computer, and audio-visual capabilities
- Reliable broadband and internet connection
- Ability to cultivate meaningful relationships and motivate students
