Randstad Student & Worker Support is seeking a 1:1 Primary Specialist Tutor in the Cambridgeshire area to support a Year 1 pupil currently out of mainstream school. The role focuses on EYFS/KS1 pedagogy, blending play-based learning with therapeutic strategies to help regulate emotions and re-engage with learning.
The successful candidate will provide 1:1 educational and therapeutic support, using flexible, short lessons and a consistent, calm presence to assist in a smooth transition back to a mainstream educational setting.
