We are looking for experienced SEND Support Professionals to work 1:1 with children who have complex Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, providing the stability and tailored support they need to re-engage and thrive.

- Tailoring the Approach: Supporting children with a variety of needs (including ASD, ADHD, Speech & Language difficulties, and Global Development Delay) using creative, sensory, and practical methods.
- Building a Safe Space: Establishing a stable, predictable, and nurturing daily routine that helps reduce anxiety and builds trust.
- Breaking Down Barriers: Finding unique ways to make learning accessible, even when the student is having a tough day.
