Grade: NG6 Location: Harrow / West End Sites (Flexibility to work across all University sites required) Job Purpose Situated within the Student Support and Residential Life service cluster, the Well being Adviser plays a key role in providing specialist well being-related advice and support to students, collaborating closely with internal and external partners.

Key aspects of the role include: Proactive s 1.

Student Casework Receive and manage referrals for students needing specific support interventions, including assessing, planning, and reviewing individual ongoing requirements.

Provide initial advice and case contact for students experiencing trauma or who are victims of crime (including hate crime and gender-based violence).

Flexibility with working hours may be required for urgent situations.
