Are you a dedicated Study Skills Mentor passionate about helping students achieve their academic potential?
Randstad Student Support is looking for experienced one-on-one Study Skills Support Workers to assist students with specific learning difficulties (SpLDs) in Aberdeen. Join us in making a difference in their educational journeys! Starting as soon as possible, this hybrid role requires flexibility for both in-person and online sessions, tailored to student preferences.
Essential Criteria
- Need to have teaching or tutoring experience,
- (or)
- Any in-depth knowledge of learning difficulties that students may have
As a Specialist Study Skills Support Worker, you'll provide personalized learning support, including:
- Developing individual learning plans to foster independence
- Building on strengths and effective learning strategies
- Enhancing organization and time management skills
- Creating action plans to stay on track
- Improving research and comprehension skills
- As a teacher, have you assisted students with Autism? This experience would be a significant advantage.
It's essential to address student needs on a case-by-case basis while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Share relevant information with Randstad to ensure the best service for your students.
