Location: Worcester (Face-to-Face)

Hours: Part-time, 15 hours per week (School Hours/Term Time Only)

Pay Rate: £25 - £35 per hour, depending on experience

Randstad Tuition Services is seeking a dedicated Tutor and SEND Mentor to support students in the Worcester area across KS1 to KS4. You will deliver high-quality tuition in core subjects (Maths, English, and Science) while providing vital mentoring and re-engagement support for vulnerable young people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 tuition in Maths, English, and Science tailored to students' needs.
  • Provide mentoring for students with SEND and SEMH needs to encourage educational re-engagement.
  • Develop personalised lesson plans and assess student progress.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months experience within the UK education system.
  • Proven experience supporting students with SEND (e.g., ASD, MLD) or SEMH.
  • Must live in or be able to travel to the Worcester area for face-to-face sessions.

Highly Desirable: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
