Randstad Student Support is recruiting reliable and professional Exam Support Workers to assist students during their assessments in Bath. This is a vital role in helping students with additional needs perform at their best in a fair and supportive exam environment.

As an Exam Support Worker, you'll provide individualised assistance to students who require extra support during exams.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Follow exam access arrangements and protocols accurately.
  • Maintain a calm, professional presence in high-pressure environments.
  • Safeguard student confidentiality and ensure compliance with university and exam board regulations.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with students and exam staff.
  • Be familiar with the university buildings and rooms.
  • Act in the best interests of students at all times whilst also working within the policies and procedures of the university.
  • Ensure student confidentiality, professionalism and respect at all times.
  • Maintain professional boundaries within the role at all times.
Experience:
  • Must hold a degree, equivalent qualification or be working towards a degree (in final years).
  • Must complete accredited training and completion of e-learning suite (provided by Randstad).
  • Must complete a typing test to determine that the typing speed is appropriate for this role.
Skills:

  • Good understanding of the English Language.
