Here at Randstad, we're collaborating closely with the local authority within Cambridge, who are seeking additional tutoring assistance for their students in Maths, English, and Science. We warmly welcome motivated individuals who work with children in the area who are passionate about entering the field of education. It would be ideal if you already possess an enhanced DBS on the update service or are willing to obtain one.
SubjectsWe’re looking for individuals interested in teaching any of the following subjects:
- Secondary: Maths, English, and Science.
- Flexibility to manage your own schedule and workload

- Adhering to KCSIE and safeguarding guidelines.
- Previous experience tutoring one-to-one or small groups of students needing additional educational or pastoral support
- Ability to accept supervision and constructive feedback gracefully
- Experience working in inclusion units, special settings, or alternative provisions
- Familiarity with supporting students with SEN, undiagnosed SEN, disengaged young people, or looked-after children.
- Inspirational, effective, and adaptable communication skills
- Proficiency in IT skills, access to a laptop/computer, and audio-visual capabilities
- Reliable broadband and internet connection
- Ability to cultivate meaningful relationships and motivate students.
